After you sign up, you'll first be asked to give us some background information on your relationship situation. It is important that you answer these questions as completely as possible.

After that, we will prepare a comprehensive report on your relationship. The report will be completed within 3 business days (not counting weekends and holidays).

After you review your report, you may then schedule either your coaching call or begin your email coaching, depending on which coaching package you signed up for.

Not every situation requires No Contact.

After speaking with countless people about their relationships, I have only rarely recommended No Contact.

Of course, there is a time and place for No Contact, however, if you can connect better and repair your relationship in a more direct way, then why rely on an ineffective strategy like No Contact?

Because coaching requires our personal time and energy, we do not offer refunds on coaching services. Please do not sign up for coaching if this is not okay with you.

Things come up in life. I get it.

If you need to reschedule your coaching call, that is 100% okay. After you book your call, just use the "reschedule" link to change or update your booking time.
