Step 1: Legal Contract

This isn't anything crazy. Just a simple contract that states that we have permission to use the voice message you send to us and that you are not going to be compensated for the use of your voice.

Step 2: Submit Your Question

Okay, this is important. First of all, we are going to use exactly what you submit into the voice recording service in the video.

So, please ONLY SAY THINGS IN THE VOICE RECORDING THAT YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE HAVING ON A VIDEO ONLINE.

Feel free to make up a fake name (such as "Sleepless in Seattle" for example), or leave personally identifiable information out of the recording.

Secondly, the software limits your voice recording to a maximum of 5 minutes. (Don't worry, you can practice or redo your audio message before you submit it)

So please be direct and brief with background information. State what is necessary in order for me to understand what is happening in your relationship, but leave out the non-essential information.

This is the information I typically need to know (that people often forget to tell me):

• Why did the breakup or relationship problem happen?
• What is the current state of your connection? (Are you talking? Is there a lot of anger? Something else?)
• What have you already done to try to correct the situation?
• Are there any extra obstacles? (rebound relationships, long distance, etc.?)

Step 3: We'll Take Care Of The Rest

After you submit the question, we'll receive it and put together a video which will include your submitted audio recording as well as my response and opinions on what you might want to do in your situation.

I will try to complete the video as quickly as possible... but due to my schedule (holidays / weekends / travel / coaching calls), it may take as much as 2 weeks.

Of course, I will do my best to create the video for you much quicker than that, but please understand if things happening in my life make that difficult.

When the video is complete, I will publish it on our YouTube channel and send you an email with a link the video (in case you miss it on our YouTube feed).

I'll also likely send you a added surprise too... but I won't tell you what it is just yet.
