After that, you can book your first coaching call.

The following coaching calls can either be arranged during your first call or at some point after that first call.

Not every situation requires No Contact.

After speaking with countless people about their relationships, I have only rarely recommended No Contact.

Of course, there is a time and place for No Contact, however, if you can connect better and repair your relationship in a more direct way, then why rely on an ineffective strategy like No Contact?

You will receive a digital workbook with the Ex Solution Course. If you wish to receive a refund for the course, please submit your workbook so that we can tell that you have done the work with our course and given it an honest chance. We may make some recommendations, if we can see an area you might be able to improve on in your situation. But if we are unable to help you, at this point, we will give you a refund. Because coaching requires our personal time and energy, we do not offer refunds on coaching services. Please do not sign up for coaching if this is not okay with you.
